The Ultimate Gluten Free Protein Cookie Recipe !

Gluten-free-protein-cookiesTry this delicious gluten free protein cookie recipe with 9 grams of protein in every cookie. Get creative and replace chocolate chips with nuts, caramel chips, or whatever your heart desires. Try not to eat them all before Santa gets there ;) 


Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 12-15 minutes


2 scoops  Nexpharma Gluten-Free Natural Whey Isolate  in vanilla bean flavor
1 large egg
1/2 cup organic cane sugar and 1 tablespoon for sprinkling on top (or stevia equivalent)
1 cup peanut butter, smooth
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare your cookie sheet
  2. Mix all the ingredients in together until the mash resembles cookie dough.
  3. Roll a clump of about 3 tablespoons worth into a ball and then flatten with your palm. 
  4. Sprinkle each protein cookie patty with organic cane sugar and a pinch of salt.
  5. Bake at 350ºF for 12-15 minutes or until the they turn golden brown.
  6. Cool for at least 10 minutes so they will harden.
  7. Eat that delicious treat! Refrigerate ! or even Freeze !
